Production Units Clinical Nutrition in Sweden

In Sweden there are two manufacturing units within Fresenius Kabi. The units are located in Uppsala and in Brunna , Kungsängen(Stockholm).

In Uppsala we manufacture products for parenteral nutrition and in Brunna we manufacture raw material of egg phospholipids which are used as emulgator in our nutrient solution.

The plants are part of the business unit Global Operations Clinical Nutrition & Pharma within Fresenius Kabi. The management of the business unit is located in Uppsala.

The Business Unit also includes one manufacturing plant in Bad Homburg, Germany, with manufacturing of products for enteral nutrition; energy drinks and products with high energy and protein content. In China there are two units within the business unit in Wuxi and Beijng and in Vietnam one production plant in Qui Nhon.
